The Return of the King (Platinum Series Special Extended Collector’s Gift Set) is now available for pre-order and will be released on December 14. It has about 50 minutes of extra scenes, a lot of behind the scenes material, and a sculpture of Minas Tirith. I can’t wait to see this. I’ve ordered the gift sets for the previous 2 movies in the series and I’m going to get this one. I’ve put off watching this movie on DVD until I could watch the extended editions.
